The streamsmart Housecall Program is supported by a collaboration of the EDCSC and local nonprofits working within the Darby Creek Watershed. The program offers individual visits to residents of the watershed to determine how to better manage stormwater on their properties. The focus of the program is to reduce stormwater leaving properties while also creating additional habitat.
